As a practitioner of integrative bodywork, I support clients in tuning into the deeper layers of their being—physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. My approach blends modalities like Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, acupressure, Reiki, yoga, and meditation to help bring balance, awareness, and alignment to the whole system.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco in 2015, and continued with Reiki levels I–III and massage therapy certification through the McKinnon Institute in Oakland.
My work is rooted in a deep curiosity about the human experience—how perception, emotion, and energy shape our health and our stories. I don’t believe in fixing; I believe in facilitating. Through gentle presence, skillful touch, and shared trust, we access the innate capacity within you to restore, recalibrate, and thrive.
